Shulam, Inc. (“Agent Financial,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the ShulamCPA platform, ShulamAI engine, APIs, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: Name, email address, firm name, client count, and other information submitted through forms or account registration.

Financial data: When you connect QuickBooks Online or other accounting systems, we access invoices, transactions, vendor information, chart of accounts, and related financial data as authorized by you through OAuth consent.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including pages visited, features used, and agent activity.

Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and other technical identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Deploy and operate AI agents on your behalf (invoice matching, anomaly detection, cash forecasting, compliance screening)
• Generate Agent Credit Scores and compliance reports
• Screen vendors and transactions for OFAC, sanctions, and adverse media compliance
• Generate audit-ready receipts and trust reports
• Communicate with you about the Services, including onboarding and support
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or financial data. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Services (hosting, email delivery, payment processing)
• Compliance authorities: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing, such as generating client-facing trust reports

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Financial transaction data and compliance receipts are retained for 7 years to meet audit and regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security assessments. OAuth tokens for third-party integrations (QuickBooks Online, Xero) are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect QuickBooks Online or other accounting systems, you authorize Agent Financial to access your financial data through their APIs. This access is governed by both this Privacy Policy and the third party's terms. You may disconnect integrations at any time through the Services.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
