By accessing or using the services provided by Shulam, Inc. (“Agent Financial,” “we,” “us”), including the ShulamCPA platform, ShulamAI engine, APIs, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Agent Financial provides AI-powered agent governance, compliance screening, credit scoring, and financial management tools for accounting firms and AI-native startups. Our services include agent deployment, invoice matching, anomaly detection, cash forecasting, OFAC/sanctions screening, and audit-ready receipt generation. Services are powered by the ShulamAI engine.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services; (e) use the Services to process transactions that violate applicable sanctions or anti-money laundering laws.
Certain features of the Services require payment. Fees are described on our pricing page. We may change fees upon 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Free tiers are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Agent Financial a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Services. We will not sell your data to third parties.
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting systems. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. Agent Financial is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
The Services, including ShulamAI, ShulamCPA, Agentgorithm, Agent Credit Score, and all related technology, are the exclusive property of Shulam, Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Agent Financial in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
